Lay People Education and Development Society (LEADS), a registered, Non-Governmental, Non-Profit, Non-Political, Non-Religious, Secular, humanitarian grassroots service based voluntary organization. Our organization was initiated in the year 2004 with an intention of giving back to the society by serving the needy, disadvantaged, unreached and the under reached rural marginalized Dalit, Tribal and Fisherman communities of the society. We are dedicated to empowering these underprivileged communities for sustainable development with a mission to create lasting change through grassroots initiatives. Our Organization registration number is 281 of 2004 registered under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act of 2001.
We work as a catalyst in the cycle of change, complementing and supplementing with our efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. We sensitize people living in remote and inaccessible regions continue to remain under-reached and underserved, Tribal Agency and Fisherman Coastal Area inhabitants and partner with like-minded individuals to implement high-impact programmes that enable access, enhance quality and help, constantly striving to advance welfare and development to bring long term behavioral change at the grassroots level.
